Steven’s approach to Southern Gospel comes straight from his heart and there is nothing more important to him than finding a new fan and opening the doors to faith.
You’ll notice an ‘Elvis’ quality to Steven’s music, which is wonderfully nostalgic and brings you back to those quiet times when you knew your neighbors, played outside as much as possible and got dressed up for church services. Steven puts his own stamp on Southern Gospel with the sincerity and passion you hear in his voice! His candor and longing to share his gift with people that need a lift is a perfect marriage of voice and goodwill.
Steven received recognition at the ‘Colorado Country Music Awards’ and can’t remember a time where he wasn’t playing his guitar or singing. As a self-taught musician (he’s too humble to say he has a natural born gift), Steven describes his music as carefree, happy and helpful.
At home, you’ll find him listening to ‘The Stamps Quartet’ and just about any other Southern Gospel music he can get his hands on. Steven loves Chinese food, and good old Rock & Roll from the 50’s and 60’s.
